About Me

I am a stay at home Mom who struggled to get the weight off after my precious son was born. Small children make it very difficult to get to the gym so I decided to get fit at home. Long story short, I found Beachbody, p90x and Shakeology and made the CHOICE and COMMITMENT to get healthy. For myself, my son, and to live a better life.


Little did I know it would turn out to be sooo much more than just a workout program, having success with their nutrition and products, decided to take the business as far as I can, by helping others with their struggles with weightloss and fitness. I am now helping others have successful businesses in fitness while helping others and themselves GET healthy!
